We are Project Management (Borders) Limited trading as http://www.royalty-free-classical-music.org/.
We are selling you a non-exclusive right to use any track purchased from our music library, provided you purchased directly from us and you paid the stated price. You do not need to pay us, or any other organisation, any further monies. You are purchasing a non-exclusive royalty licence. We are the exclusive licence holders of the music works.
Y ou may use the music tracks that you have purchased at home , on your website or in your business , without further payment.
You may :
* Incorporate this music into hardware, for example, On-Hold playback devices.
* Play this music in your restaurant, hotel, office whichever public place you choose.
* Incorporate this music into a student film that you have created.
* Incorporate this music into an ebook that you have written.
* Incorporate this music into a website that you have developed for your clients.
* Incorporate this music into an audio-visual display, marketing or business presentation.
You may not :
* Commercially broadcast this music in a film, radio or tv programme or advert without buying my commercial licence (see below)
* Make more than 1,000 copies of the work containing the music without buying my commercial licence.
* Trade in the music itself.
* Sell, lend or hire this music to anyone.
* Sell, lend or hire this music as part of your own library of music to your customers
* Edit this music, except to lengthen, shorten or extract sections.
* Give this music to anyone else.
Why not?
* Because it costs a lot of money to record a symphony orchestra.
* Because there are approximately 60 musicians in an orchestra.
* Because we need to recoup the money we have spent.
* Because that's why most music libraries don't have real Classical music.
* Because that's why Royalty-free Classical music is difficult to find.

Commercial Licence
A commercial licence enables you to use the music in your production in any media, unlimited times and to produce as many copies of the production as you wish. Please include the following credits:
Fill in a cue sheets with the Arranger stated as Keith J.Salmon CAE# 280533084, the title, composer and length of the work and any other information asked for on the cue sheet.

Let me know if there is a piece of music that you would like to see in the library. We have recorded many works; some are still copyright and we have to wait. Others we have not had time to load. We can load them if you want them.
